ROLES & CONTROLS

One platform. Two levels of control.

TruCentive roles are granted at two levels: the account and the individual project. Account-level roles apply across every project in the account, while project-level roles apply to a single project. Users can be added to a specific account or to a specific project under any of the roles below.

Administrator · Auditor · Funder · Creator · Requestor · Approver

A SINGLE ORGANIZATION MAY MAINTAIN SEPARATE ACCOUNTS FOR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS

Two set of offers extensive user roles and controls at both the project and account level, including the ability to fund projects thus managing funds available
THE SIX ROLES

Roles at the account and project level

Every role can be assigned at the account level (applying across all projects in the account) or at the project level (applying to one project). Add a user to a specific account or a specific project, then choose the role that fits their responsibilities.

Administrator

Account level: The most powerful role. Manages users invited to the account or any of its projects, views all project activity and message deliveries, and can create, edit, or delete any project. Performs all envelope operations and accesses every level of reporting.

Project level: Invites others to that project (only), and views its reports, message deliveries, and activity.

Account & Project

Auditor

Account level: Views the details of all projects, the list of account members, account funding details, and account and project details. Generally cannot change anything.

Project level: Views an individual project, including envelope deliveries, envelope information, and activity logs.

Account & Project

Funder

Account level: Performs all auditing functions across the account and, in addition, can change project funding details.

Account

Creator

Project level: Creates projects and changes a project’s design and parameters. Creates and examines test envelopes, but cannot originate non-test envelopes.

Project

Requestor

Project level: Generates an envelope from an existing project in test or non-test mode, from a single contact or an uploaded list. May change some envelope characteristics if the project allows. The envelope is not sent immediately — it is referred to an Administrator or Approver for review and approval, at which point it is sent. Can view delivery details of envelopes they requested that were approved.

Project

Approver

Project level: Creates an envelope from a project, can change a project’s default amount and instrument, and can change an envelope’s outgoing message. Examines a requested envelope’s contents, then approves or revokes it.

Account level: Sees who is a member of the account and views funding information.
